Don't you just love the theater! Check out this website and also plan on attending. I guess I got hook on live theater again after the very successful FENCES promotion we did for the Hands Across The Arts promotion with the Ira Aldridge Theater Company and the College of Southern Nevada. I came across the Musical Arts Theatre last night when I was looking for three actors to cast in a short film I am doing in mid July. I met someone again that I hadn't seen in many years, Jim Carey the head of the Musical Arts Theatre at there rehearsal hall on Cheyenne. All the cast was on hand and will be on hand every night, Monday thru Friday, from 6:30pm -11:30pm making sure the show is a smash hit...This year they present the Will Rogers Follies...and the leads are tremendous and each and everyone of the cast looks great!

What really is impressive is the dedication of these people to the performing arts. I am trying to put a crew together to see if we can film the promotion in HD and offer it as a DVD or something! To not capture this enthusiasm on film forever would just be such a waste. I will have more on this later, but make sure you take a look at the YouTUBE video of the Broadway show...this a Tony Winning Play and you're gonna love this cast made up of your friends and neighbors in Las Vegas. I found this site and it seems like it should work pretty good for anyone that wants to add their own webpage...kind of a community website. The portal for making the changes is better than most, but it does take a little time to figure it all out, but I like the graphics and it can be fun for anyone that is just starting out making web pages or is a seasoned webmaster. Celebration of the Arts in Las Vegas!

After a great event on April 10, 2008, the Hands Across The Arts Team get ready for the big THANK YOU Celebration at the World Market Center’s World View Ballroom on June 1, 2008 from 4pm to 8pm. It’s complimentary and it’s going to be a great time had by all. I have some videos for the April 10th event up on the BobCummings.TV site. Clint Holmes will be there, he is the Official Arts Ambassador and the reception host.
